SATURN

The elderly are traditional recipients of Saturnine planetary charity, so donating to local nursing homes or senior citizens organizations is a good option.

Meals on Wheels feeds the homebound elderly.

Saturn rules death and poverty. Many counties and some funeral homes have programs for indigent (often still called “pauper’s” burials), but generally you must check locally.

Saturn also rules permanent structures and, as mentioned, poverty, so Habitat for Humanity is another option. You probably have a local chapter.

Churches are an option for planetary charity dedicated to Jupiter.

Honeybees are also Jovial, so donating to a charity that works to conserve them could be an option.

Wolves belong to Mars, so wolf sanctuaries and conservation organizations are good for Martial charity.

Ronald McDonald House provides families with a free place to stay near their critically ill and hospitalized children. Ronald McDonald House Greater Houston is our local RMHC chapter, where we stayed when our daughter was in the NICU. You may have a chapter closer to you or may prefer the global organization.
